Welcome to The Bristol Hotel, where our 1930s art-deco heritage meets modern hospitality right on Bristol's harbourside. As part of The Doyle Collection, we've recently transformed our spaces while keeping the character that makes us special - from the Murano glass chandelier in our lobby to the Waterford Crystal chandeliers in our ballroom. Our dedicated Meetings & Events Centre spans nine distinct spaces that we've designed for everything from intimate board meetings to grand celebrations. The ballroom remains our showpiece, welcoming up to 400 guests under those spectacular chandeliers. For smaller gatherings, our meeting rooms offer natural light and harbourside views, creating an inspiring backdrop for your discussions. Recent guests have particularly appreciated how well-maintained our meeting facilities are, noting the professional atmosphere we work hard to create. Beyond our 187 guest rooms and luxury suites, we've built our reputation on three distinctive dining experiences. The River Grille serves breakfast through dinner with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the water, while The River Lounge provides a more casual setting for working lunches or afternoon tea. Rick's, our cocktail bar, brings a touch of glamour to evening receptions and networking events. We understand the details matter - from reliable Wi-Fi connections to properly timed refreshment service throughout your event. Our events team coordinates closely with our kitchen to ensure your catering runs smoothly, whether you're hosting a wedding, corporate conference, or private celebration. We've held our Green Tourism Gold award since 2018, reflecting our commitment to sustainable practices throughout the hotel.
