Three bars spread across our three floors mean your coffee breaks and networking sessions flow naturally. We keep them stocked throughout the day, whether you need morning pastries or afternoon refreshments between sessions. Our team handles the logistics while you focus on your agenda. Getting here couldn't be simpler - Covent Garden and Leicester Square stations are both a short walk away. We've installed ramps and lifts throughout the building, with step-free access to the foyer and stalls. Wheelchair spaces and adapted facilities are available throughout, so every attendee can participate fully. Our technical capabilities match any presentation need, from simple PowerPoint to full multimedia productions. The same lighting and sound systems that bring musicals to life can spotlight your keynote speaker or support breakout sessions.
