Our distillery sits right where Glasgow's River Clyde meets the city's industrial past—inside the Old Pumphouse at the former Queens Dock. We've kept the building's original character while adding contemporary touches that make events here feel special. Those polished concrete floors and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the river create quite the backdrop for any celebration. When you book with us for an evening event, you're getting exclusive access to the entire space. We can accommodate 30-50 guests for seated dining in our more intimate setup, or welcome up to 180 people for standing receptions. The layout works beautifully for both—whether you're planning a milestone birthday party, engagement celebration, or holiday gathering with friends. We start every event with our signature whisky cocktails as guests arrive. Our kitchen team creates menus using the finest Scottish produce, and we work with you to customize everything to your group's preferences. During the evening, we can arrange informal distillery tours where your guests learn about whisky-making while sampling The Glasgow Whisky straight from our casks. The Dockside Story exhibition adds another dimension, letting people explore Glasgow's maritime heritage between drinks and conversations. Our Tasting Room becomes your private bar for the night, and we can bring in live music to set the mood. We handle all the details—custom menus, place cards, whatever personal touches make your event yours.
