Über The Dance Space
I've been running events at The Dance Space for three years now, and I still get a kick out of how surprised people are when they walk in. Yes, it's a dance venue, but our meeting rooms work brilliantly for businesses who want something different from the usual hotel conference setup. We're literally three minutes' walk from Brighton Station—I've timed it. The Boardroom fits 16 around our table, or we've got a cosier room for those "let's actually get this sorted" sessions with four or five people. Everything's accessible (lift to all floors, wide doorways, the works), and the AC actually works properly, which anyone who's suffered through a July meeting in Brighton will appreciate. The tech is all there—screens, conferencing kit, proper WiFi that doesn't drop out when everyone logs on. But what makes this place work is the atmosphere. Natural light everywhere, and you can feel the creative energy from the dancers rehearsing elsewhere in the building. It does something to meetings—makes people think differently. We can sort catering through our regular suppliers, or you're welcome to organize your own. And yes, you can play your own music during breaks.
