Two bars stretch across our ground floor at The Green Room Bar, where Dublin's Docklands crowd gathers for everything from quick lunch meetings to full-blown birthday celebrations. We've watched countless groups claim the professional pool table for tournaments while others settle into the heated beer garden, where greenery climbs the walls and strings of lights create just the right glow for evening parties. Our kitchen team sources ingredients from local suppliers to create our seasonal menu - think hearty salads that actually fill you up and burgers that require both hands.
