Über The Greenwood Centre
Running training programs and community meetings here at The Greenwood Centre, we've created something special at 37 Greenwood Place in Kentish Town. Our building serves as Camden's first centre for independent living, where disabled individuals develop skills, build confidence, and connect with their community every day. We've designed our conference hall to handle everything from corporate presentations to hybrid meetings, with technology that lets remote participants feel just as involved as those in the room. The space holds larger gatherings comfortably, while our smaller meeting rooms work perfectly for workshops, training sessions, or team discussions. What makes these spaces work so well is how they flow together—groups can break out into separate rooms for focused work, then reconvene in the main hall. Our ground floor café adds another dimension to meetings here. Run by The Camden Society, it provides real workplace training for disabled adults while serving fresh food to visitors. The produce often comes straight from our rooftop allotments, where participants in our programs grow vegetables and herbs as part of their development activities. These garden spaces, along with our roof terrace, give delegates somewhere refreshing to step out during breaks or hold informal discussions. The art and music studios see constant use for creative workshops and therapeutic sessions, though they're equally suitable for innovative team-building activities or presentations that need a different atmosphere. Every part of the building maintains full accessibility—lifts connect all floors, automatic doors respond to push buttons, and accessible toilets are positioned throughout. Getting here couldn't be easier with Kentish Town's excellent transport connections, and the surrounding area offers plenty of restaurants and cafes for before or after your event. We welcome conferences, business meetings, training days, and community gatherings, providing flexible spaces that adapt to your specific requirements.
