The Mandeville Hotel welcomes you to our collection of meeting rooms and dining spaces right in the heart of Marylebone Village. Our grand Victorian building sits just a short walk from Bond Street Station, making it easy for your guests to reach us from across London. We've carefully designed each of our spaces to serve different purposes. Our MacLaren Hall remains the most popular choice for larger gatherings—the room seats up to 100 people and benefits from those wonderful high ceilings and streams of natural light through the original windows. Many clients use this as their main conference space, while others book it for wedding receptions and corporate presentations. Right next door, you'll find The Boardroom, which connects seamlessly to MacLaren Hall. We often see companies using this 40-person space as a breakout room during conferences, though it works equally well as a standalone meeting room with its mounted screen and refined atmosphere. For modern meetings with all the technical requirements, we recommend The Voyager Room. This contemporary space accommodates 40 delegates and comes fully equipped with state-of-the-art AV equipment, complimentary Wi-Fi, and air conditioning—everything runs smoothly here. When intimate dining is what you're after, our Private Dining Room creates the perfect setting. The attractive panelled walls and natural daylight make this 12-seat space particularly popular for board dinners and important client meetings where privacy matters. Our Reform Social & Grill brings something different entirely. With its copper walls and plush leather banquettes, this restaurant and bar transforms brilliantly for private events. We can accommodate up to 110 guests here, and the atmosphere works wonderfully for everything from office parties to networking events. Our events team handles all the details, from creating bespoke conference packages to coordinating with our in-house catering. We're also committed to sustainability, working with local food producers and maintaining comprehensive recycling programs throughout the hotel.
