The old paper mill building on the Grand Union Canal has been our home for years now, and we've turned it into something special. The Paper Mill sits right on the water's edge in Apsley, where canal boats drift past our terrace in summer and our log fires crackle through winter evenings. Our kitchen team puts real care into every dish - we're talking proper pub classics made with fresh, seasonal ingredients that change with what's best right now. Behind the bar, you'll find everything from local cask ales to modern craft beers, plus all the usual favorites. We keep things interesting without getting too fancy. For meetings and celebrations, we've got function rooms that work brilliantly for different occasions.
