Original cinema seats from 1929 still grace our auditorium walls at The Pavilion, a reminder of the building's storied past on Oxford Road in Reading. We've carefully preserved these art deco touches while transforming the space into one of the area's most distinctive meeting venues. The old projection booth windows now flood our main auditorium with natural light, creating an atmosphere that energizes presentations and keeps attendees engaged throughout the day. Our building tells its own story - from silver screen showings to snooker halls, and now as a modern conference facility. We've installed professional-grade sound and visual systems that rival any purpose-built venue, while the original architectural details add character you won't find in conventional meeting spaces. The auditorium serves as our primary conference room, complemented by The Circle upstairs for breakout sessions or smaller gatherings, and the Spirit Lounge for those needing a more intimate setting. We're just a ten-minute walk from Reading railway station, with major bus routes stopping practically at our doorstep.
