Every Friday and Saturday, George Row comes alive when we open our doors at The Platform Club. We've transformed this Northampton space into multiple venues under one roof, each with its own personality and purpose. Our main club area holds 700 people when everyone's on their feet, or we can arrange theatre-style seating for 200. The raised stage hosts everything from DJ sets to live bands to corporate presentations, while our sound and lighting systems keep the energy flowing across the expansive dance floor. Fixed booth seating lines the walls for those who want to chat between songs, and high poseur tables offer perfect spots to set down drinks from our extensive bar. Digital screens throughout add visual elements to whatever's happening that night. Downstairs, The Basement operates as its own world. We've given it a private entrance, dedicated cloakroom, and separate welcome desk so your group of up to 200 can party without interruption. The self-contained bar means no queuing upstairs, and the built-in DJ booth and independent sound system let you control the vibe completely. During daylight hours, our café serves the local community Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, and Saturdays from 11am to 5pm. We stock vegetarian and gluten-free options alongside regular menu items, pour everything from coffee to cocktails, and welcome families throughout the day. Free WiFi makes it popular with remote workers, and we'll open it evenings for smaller gatherings. Our conference suite adapts to different group sizes, with 75-inch screens and whiteboards ready for presentations. Whether you're training staff, hosting client meetings, or organizing corporate events, we'll arrange the space to work for you and handle catering if needed. The industrial bones of the building blend with modern upgrades throughout, creating spaces that work equally well for business meetings, birthday parties, and late-night dancing.
