The Showroom Gallery on Penfold Street has been bringing artists and audiences together since 1983, and we're thrilled to open our doors for your next celebration or gathering. Our 2,800-square-foot space across two floors gives you plenty of room to create exactly the kind of party atmosphere you're after. The ground-floor Gallery is where most of our larger celebrations happen - it's a proper open space with exposed industrial features that holds up to 120 people comfortably. The raw concrete floors and white walls create this brilliant blank canvas that works whether you're planning a cocktail reception, birthday bash, or corporate celebration. We've seen everything from product launches that turn into proper parties to fashion events that go late into the evening. Upstairs, our first-floor Studio floods with natural light through the skylights - it's a more intimate setting for up to 80 guests. While some use it for daytime workshops that transition into evening drinks, others love it for smaller celebrations where everyone can actually hear each other chat. The Studio stays available throughout the year, while our Gallery space opens up for events between our exhibition schedules. We don't have an in-house caterer, which means you're free to bring in whoever you like - from your favorite local restaurant to that amazing street food vendor. There's a kitchenette you can use for prep and storage. Just remember we're tucked into a residential neighborhood in Marylebone, so music needs to wrap up by 10pm Sunday through Thursday, and 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays. The whole building was thoughtfully renovated in 2009 by Berlin architects ifau and Jesko Fezer working with London's Working Architecture Group, creating these versatile spaces that adapt to whatever you have in mind. We can arrange AV equipment if you need it, and both spaces are available for half days, full days, or evening events.
