Über The Space: Mayfair
I've been showing people around The Space in Mayfair for a while now, and I still get a kick out of their reactions when they walk in. Yes, we've got that W1 postcode prestige, but there's something refreshingly unpretentious about the place. Bond Street station is practically on our doorstep – makes those early morning meetings much less painful. The meeting rooms here strike a nice balance. Professional enough for board meetings, relaxed enough that creative teams don't feel stifled. We keep sweets in the kitchen (the good stuff, not just mints), and yes, you can bring your dog if they're well-behaved. Had a labrador in last week who became the star of a marketing presentation. Tech-wise, everything just works. No faffing about with cables or calling IT. The AV kit is properly maintained, the internet doesn't drop out mid-call, and the kitchens have proper coffee machines. The bike storage and showers get plenty of use from the cycling contingent too. People tell us they keep coming back because it feels more like borrowing a friend's office than hiring a corporate space. That, and the fact our team actually remembers their names and coffee orders. Give us a shout when you need a space – we'll find something that fits.

Our meeting space with Zipcube was everything we needed. Great location. Facilities were professional, organized, and accommodating. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely use them again!
