Our meeting rooms at TouchBase Pears Business Centre transform from intimate discussion spaces for two people to full conference setups accommodating 180 guests. We've built something special here in Selly Oak, Birmingham—a place where businesses thrive alongside community initiatives, all under one roof. The Buzz, our largest space, regularly hosts everything from corporate training sessions to fitness classes. The high ceilings and natural light make it particularly popular for workshops where people need room to move and collaborate. Down the corridor, The Hub offers a more intimate setting where local businesses often gather for their morning networking meetings, coffee in hand from our Hive café. We're particularly proud of how accessible our building is. Every doorway is wide enough for wheelchairs, we've installed induction loops in all meeting rooms, and our lifts connect all floors seamlessly. The accessible toilets include hoists, ensuring everyone can use our facilities comfortably. These aren't afterthoughts—they're fundamental to how we operate.
