Our boardroom comfortably seats 12 people around its generous table, with those original floor-to-ceiling windows creating an atmosphere that clients often tell us feels both professional and refreshingly different from typical corporate spaces. The meeting room next door provides a more intimate setting for up to 8 people - perfect for focused discussions or one-on-one sessions. When you need extra space for training days or exhibitions, we can open the central doors between both rooms to create one flowing area. We're right in Cheltenham's center, just a few minutes' walk from the High Street. Many of our regular clients appreciate being able to stroll through Sandford Park after their meetings or grab lunch in the Montpellier area nearby. While parking directly outside can fill up quickly, there's plenty of public parking within easy walking distance - something our reception team will happily guide you to when you arrive. Beyond the meeting spaces, we provide all the practical elements that make business run smoothly: reliable Wi-Fi throughout, audio-visual equipment when you need it, and various catering options from working lunches to coffee and pastries. Very easy to book, the staff at Harley House were very helpful and friendly, the room was perfect and the facilities good. Parking can be an issue directly outside the venue but there is plenty of public parking locally.
