Our boardroom at Urbanist Architecture sits on the second floor of 2 Little Thames Walk, where Greenwich's creative energy meets professional excellence. This isn't just another meeting space - it's where our RIBA-chartered architects actually work, surrounded by the plans and models of residential projects ranging from £200k extensions to £20m developments. We designed this room ourselves, naturally. The same team that's secured over 500 planning permissions across London put their expertise into creating a workspace that functions brilliantly for both our client presentations and your meetings. Up to 12 people can gather around our conference table, with floor-to-ceiling windows flooding the space with natural light throughout the day. When you book our boardroom, you're stepping into the heart of a multidisciplinary practice. The walls occasionally display architectural drawings from our latest projects - extensions in Fulham, flat conversions in Islington, or new-build developments across the capital. It adds an authentic creative atmosphere you won't find in generic meeting venues. We've equipped the space with everything modern meetings demand: high-speed Wi-Fi that handles video conferences without a hitch, a large flatscreen TV for presentations, and full disabled access via our lift. Our in-house catering can provide refreshments, though you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer. We're flexible that way. The boardroom operates Monday through Sunday, 8:30am to 6:30pm, giving you options for early morning strategy sessions or late afternoon workshops. Being based in Greenwich means excellent transport links while avoiding central London's chaos. Just remember to book at least 48 hours ahead and send through your attendee list - it helps us prepare the space properly for your specific needs.
