The Lower Grounds (previously the Holte Suite) remains our showpiece space - walk through its private entrance into a venue that holds 700 people, complete with its own reception area, bar and mezzanine lounge. For board meetings and executive sessions, we recommend our Executive Boxes where small groups can focus while overlooking the famous pitch. The 82 Club, Director's Club and Legends Lounge each bring their own character, whether you're hosting 50 colleagues for training or 500 guests for a gala dinner. Getting here couldn't be simpler - we're less than two miles from the M6, a quick walk from Witton train station, and we maintain over 1,000 parking spaces on site. Our Executive Head Chef leads a kitchen team that creates menus specifically for your event, with Halal, vegetarian and other dietary requirements handled as standard. We're particularly proud that 90% of our seasonal produce comes from farms across the Midlands and North West. The pitch views from spaces like the Heineken Lounge and McGregors add genuine atmosphere to corporate presentations, while our flexible room configurations mean we can shift from theatre-style conferences to cocktail receptions without missing a beat. From AGMs to wedding receptions, product launches to Christmas parties, we've hosted them all in these rooms where sporting history surrounds your event.
