Our red-brick building on School House Lane East has become home to some of Dublin's most interesting businesses, from tech startups working late into the evening to established consulting firms hosting client meetings in our soundproofed rooms. We're tucked between St Stephen's Green and Merrion Square, which means you can grab lunch in the park or walk to Trinity College in minutes. The space works differently for everyone who uses it. Some teams take entire floors with their own kitchens and meeting rooms - we've got groups from 4 people up to 80+ spread across our building. Others prefer the flexibility of our open-plan areas, where fixed desk members have 24/7 access and their own lockable storage. Day pass users often tell us they appreciate being able to book a professional workspace when they need to escape the home office. Our meeting rooms get plenty of natural light through the large windows, and the soundproofing means your strategy sessions stay private. Each room has presentation screens and all the tech connections you need. Between meetings, people tend to gather in the breakout spaces or grab freshly ground coffee from our kitchen areas. We keep still and sparkling water stocked throughout the day. The practical stuff matters too - we've got super-fast Wi-Fi that actually works when everyone's online at once, secure bike storage for cyclists, and showers for those who run or cycle to work.
