We've transformed this Grade I listed building into a modern workspace that respects its heritage while meeting today's business needs. Our main office spans 526 square feet and comfortably fits 10-12 desks, though we offer it unfurnished so you can configure it exactly how your team works best. The space gets wonderful natural light throughout the day, and we've installed high-speed internet that actually delivers on its promise. Our shared kitchen comes with a proper bean-to-cup coffee machine – because we know good coffee fuels good work. When you need to bring people together, we have meeting rooms including a boardroom and several breakout areas available by arrangement. Our video-conferencing equipment works smoothly every time, something our regular users particularly appreciate. The unmanned reception keeps things simple and gives you flexibility with access times. Getting here couldn't be easier. We're steps from Christ Church college, with buses stopping right outside and Park & Ride options nearby. The M40 and Oxford ring road are both quick to reach when you're heading further afield. For those cycling in, we have secure bike storage waiting. Our space works brilliantly for corporate meetings, strategy workshops, and small conferences. Teams tell us they love the combination of our central location, the quality of the facilities, and how responsive we are when they need anything. The breakout rooms mean you can split into smaller groups when needed, then reconvene in the main space.
