Our six-story loft building at 33 W 19th St has been part of Chelsea's fabric since the 19th century, and we've kept the original hardwood floors and oversized windows that flood every workspace with natural light. Work Better Chelsea spans 11,000 square feet across multiple floors, where we've created distinct work environments for different needs. We've designed our meeting and conference rooms to handle everything from two-person strategy sessions to presentations for 90 attendees. The large windows in these spaces create an open atmosphere that helps ideas flow, while our private phone booths give you quiet corners for confidential calls. Our team suites work particularly well for groups who need both collaborative space and individual focus areas. Beyond the meeting rooms, we offer private offices ranging from single-person setups to full-floor configurations for larger teams. Our coworking areas include both open seating and dedicated desks, depending on how much permanence you need. The fitness center on-site means you can squeeze in a workout between meetings, and our café and lunch area becomes a natural gathering spot throughout the day. The lounge spaces scattered throughout the building serve as informal meeting spots where many of our members prefer to hold casual check-ins or brainstorming sessions. We've found these areas particularly useful for breaking up longer meeting days or hosting small networking gatherings. Our event space adapts to various configurations—we've hosted everything from company presentations and training sessions to product launches and team celebrations.
