Black steel beams frame the entrance to Workspace - 60 Gray's Inn Road, where we've created something different in Holborn's business district. Our building combines industrial architecture with carefully chosen finishes—monochrome tiles run throughout the ground floor, while matte black walls create focused work zones that our members tell us help them concentrate better than traditional white offices. We're particularly proud of our outdoor terrace, a proper rarity for central London offices. Wooden furniture sits among planted areas where people actually use the space year-round, not just in summer. During lunch hours, you'll find teams having informal meetings out there or solo workers taking calls in the fresh air. The terrace connects directly to our communal kitchen, making it easy to grab a coffee and step outside. Our three meeting rooms serve different purposes. Judge accommodates 14 people around its boardroom table, Scholar fits 10 for workshop-style sessions, and Court works perfectly for 6-person team meetings. Each room includes LED screens, video conferencing setups, and writable walls—we've noticed people use these constantly for brainstorming. Recent feedback mentions how Scholar particularly suits review meetings, though some clients noted the glass panels mean highly confidential discussions might prefer Judge or Court. Beyond meetings, we provide 24-hour building access with on-site security, proper bike storage with shower facilities, and genuinely fast Wi-Fi throughout. Our open-plan reception creates an immediate impression when clients arrive—spacious enough that people don't feel rushed while waiting. Being between Chancery Lane and Farringdon stations means most people reach us within 5 minutes from the tube. We use the space ourselves for client presentations, training workshops, and team gatherings, understanding firsthand what makes these rooms work for different business needs.

Great space and nice receptionist who helped us settle in. The only issue was the curtain does not block from people looking in and seeing what is on the screen. So this is to be aware of when booking for highly confidential meetings. This was not an issue for us, but w...

The staff were not very helpful. Gaining entry was a mission and then to find the room once in was another headache. Half way through the meeting, there was a interruption form a staff member needing to check the room
