The old printing presses that once filled this Easton Street building have given way to 37 distinct offices and studios, each carrying traces of our industrial past through exposed brick walls and soaring ceilings. We've kept the character of the original printing ink factory while creating modern workspaces that range from compact 173 sq ft studios to expansive 3,403 sq ft offices. Natural light floods through full-length windows in many of our spaces, and several offices open onto private terraces where you can step out for fresh air between meetings. Our six-person meeting room comes equipped with everything you need for presentations and collaborative sessions, though some visitors have mentioned they'd appreciate clearer instructions about the tea and coffee facilities when they first arrive. The entrance area serves as more than just a reception - we've designed it as a proper communal space where our members often catch up with clients over coffee or hold those quick stand-up meetings that don't quite need a formal room. You'll have round-the-clock access to the building, secure bike storage, and shower facilities for those who cycle in. We're also one of the few workspaces in Clerkenwell where your four-legged colleagues are welcome. Our location puts you right in the creative pulse of London. Exmouth Market's food stalls are perfect for grabbing lunch, while the area's established design and architecture firms make it easy to build your professional network. Both Farringdon and Angel stations are within walking distance, and during Clerkenwell Design Week, you'll find exhibitions and events happening right on your doorstep.
