Our building at Vox Studios has quite the story – we're housed in what used to be the New London Brewery Co. and later the famous Marmite factory. Walking through our doors on Durham Street in Vauxhall, you'll find we've kept the character of the original architecture while creating workspaces that actually work for modern businesses. The offices and studios here get incredible natural light through the expansive windows – it's one of the first things people notice when they visit. We've got several duplex studios with mezzanine levels where you can look out over the London skyline, which never gets old, even for those of us who work here every day. Our meeting rooms come equipped with LED screens, writable walls, and the kind of Wi-Fi speeds that mean video calls actually work properly. Down in the Livewire café, our team serves up proper coffee and fresh, nutritious food throughout the day. We see it as more than just a café – it's where deals get discussed over flat whites and where different businesses naturally connect. For our cycling commuters, we've got secure bike racks and shower facilities, because we know half of Vauxhall seems to cycle to work these days. The grand atrium is where the building really shows off its heritage, and our roof terrace has become the unofficial summer meeting spot with those panoramic city views. We run regular events throughout the year – everything from yoga sessions to professional workshops – because we've found that's how real connections happen between the businesses here.
