At x+why One Great Cumberland Place, we've transformed two floors of this Marble Arch building into something quite different from your typical office space. Picture walking into what feels more like a distinguished private club than a workplace—that's exactly what we aimed for when designing these offices. Our private offices sit alongside collaborative breakout areas where our members naturally gather throughout the day. The real showpiece is The Orchard on the eighth floor, our Clubspace that overlooks Hyde Park and Marble Arch. From up here, you can watch the seasons change across the park while working or hosting clients. We've equipped every workspace with ergonomic furniture and high-speed fibre connectivity that actually works when you need it. The communal kitchens on each floor stay stocked with Pact coffee and teas—proper coffee, not the instant stuff. You'll find secure bike storage in the basement, plus showers and changing rooms that our cycling members particularly appreciate. What makes this place work is the 24/7 access. Some of our members prefer early mornings, others work late—we accommodate both. Each month we host networking events where you'll meet the other businesses in the building, from startups to established firms. Our cultural programme brings in speakers and workshops focused on workplace wellbeing, though nothing too corporate or preachy.
