Running a business from Yorkshire House means working in a building where 1930s Modernist architecture meets everything you need for today's workplace. We're right on Greek Street in Leeds, just a five-minute walk from the train station, which our teams really appreciate when they're coming in for meetings or heading out to see clients. Our comprehensive refurbishment has created workspaces that actually work. High ceilings and those original large windows flood the offices with natural light, while our LED lighting keeps things bright when Yorkshire weather doesn't cooperate. We've kept the character of the building while adding the technology and comfort modern businesses need. We offer everything from private offices to shared workspaces, all on flexible monthly contracts because we know businesses change and grow. Our four meeting rooms come fully equipped with AV technology - there's a round table room, a boardroom, and two configurable spaces that can accommodate up to 16 people. Whether you're hosting board discussions, running workshops on the whiteboards, or connecting with remote colleagues, the tech is there to support you. The Two Hands Café on-site serves hot and cold food and drinks throughout the day, with catering packages available for your meetings. Our two roof terraces offer panoramic views across Leeds - perfect for informal catch-ups or just taking a proper break. We've also got breakout areas, kitchenettes, and club lounges scattered throughout the building. With 24/7 access, high-speed Wi-Fi, shower and changing rooms, secure basement parking, and bicycle storage, we've covered the practical needs. We're particularly proud of our carbon-neutral operation, powered by over 90 solar panels, with biophilic design elements throughout that make the workspace feel more connected to nature.
