The meeting room was lovely and sizable for the group we had, they provided us with still and sparkling water in addition to paper and pens for not-taking in the meeting. An improvement would be to install a video conferencing system to allow for external calls. while the Thistle did supply a projector with built in speakers, we had to use our laptop for video and microphone.
Was a very good space for our meeting, and a great location that was easy to find. The snacks were very nice, and the warm cookies went down well. The space of the room was good, and we connected to the AV in the room easily. The staff on the reception and those who came and brought in the refreshments were friendly, polite and helpful. We will definitely keep this venue in mind if we need a meeting room in the future.
Good location, helpful staff. A bit of miscommunication between the hotel bookings team Trafalgar and the hotel itself, but all in all, a good meeting place.

Booked this room for 2 days of meetings for 10-12 people and it was perfect. Very spacious, can definitely have more than 12 people. Professional looking room with a projector screen, free bottled water, and good service. One downside is that there's not enough plugs on the table for everyone's laptop and phones.

The room was a nice space and staff were friendly. I thought Lunch and teas/ coffees were a bit steep given no biscuits or anything with teas/ coffees, and £10 for basic sandwiches and fries. Also, there was only 1 flip chart board available which wasn't ideal for a workshop. But overall I would probably book again.
We were very happy with the location, presentation and excellent value of the accommodation provided for our meeting at the Thistle Royal Trafalgar Hotel last Friday July 29. The reception staff were kind and helpful throughout, including with the provision of tea, coffee and biscuits and a gluten-free alternative for one of our party.
Sadly the available separate lunchtime dining facilities were not particularly appealing, and for this reason we ate elsewhere.
Full marks to Zipcube. As a small community organisation needing a quiet meeting place in central London for our annual meeting, we have had difficulties and expensive choices to make for several years. The selection provided by Zipcube was first-class. We shall definitely use the website from now on.
The meeting went well and we were especially impressed with the quality of the room and the facilities on offer. We would definitely consider using it again next time we need to book a London meeting venue.
