Right, so Leicester Square sounds mental for a meeting venue, doesn't it? But hear me out - we're actually on this quiet little side street that feels miles away from all the tourist chaos. I've been managing events here at Thistle Trafalgar Square for three years now, and the number of times people walk in saying "I had no idea this peaceful spot existed" never gets old. We keep things intimate - maximum 20 people in our meeting rooms, which honestly creates a much better dynamic than those massive conference spaces where half the room can't hear properly. Everything's been refreshed recently, so you're getting crisp, clean spaces with all the kit that actually works. Our WiFi is properly fast (tested it myself streaming multiple videos), and we've got all the usual suspects - flipcharts, projectors, the lot. The ground floor restaurant opens onto our little terrace, which is gold dust in central London. Nothing beats a coffee break outside when you're in the middle of intense discussions. Our chef does a mean working lunch too - proper food, not just sandwiches and crisps. Though if you want sandwiches and crisps, we'll do those brilliantly as well. Recent feedback? One organizer mentioned our receptionist remembered her gluten intolerance from six months prior and had already arranged alternatives. That's the kind of team we are - we actually pay attention.
