The American Bar draws you in with its original Edwardian oak paneling, where over a century of conversations have soaked into the wood grain. We've kept every antique mirror that once reflected Victorian theatregoers, and they now catch the warm glow from our carefully positioned lighting, making the space feel both grand and intimate. Our bartenders work behind the curved private bar, mixing drinks while your guests settle into the flexible seating arrangements we've perfected over years of hosting different celebrations. The rich carpet underfoot and white-draped tables create a sophisticated contrast that photographs beautifully, whether you're planning a milestone birthday, corporate reception, or pre-wedding gathering. We can arrange the space for 120 guests mingling with cocktails in hand, or create a more formal atmosphere with 35 seated around our tables. The cabaret-style setup for 40 strikes a perfect balance, letting groups enjoy drinks and conversation while maintaining that special theatre ambiance.
