We've hosted hundreds of corporate gatherings here on the Conference on the Thames, and the combination of professional facilities with those moving Thames views creates something genuinely special for business events. Our main conference deck accommodates 120 in theatre style, though we regularly reconfigure for cabaret, boardroom or classroom layouts depending on what works for your agenda. The large flatscreen at the front connects seamlessly with our AV system, including projector and PA equipment that our technical team knows inside out. The soft blue ceiling adds calm to the space, while the abundance of natural light keeps everyone alert through long meeting days. What makes conferences here different is the movement. Our vessel accommodates up to 250 for standing receptions or 170 seated, giving flexibility for different event phases. The in-house catering team brings everything from working lunch buffets to formal dining, all prepared in our onboard kitchens.
