We've watched countless guests pause mid-conversation, drawn upward by Barry's "Progress of Human Knowledge and Culture" - six vast canvases that have presided over gatherings here since 1798. Corporate groups often choose this space for conferences and award ceremonies, taking advantage of our built-in audiovisual setup. Eight free-standing speakers deliver crystal-clear sound to every corner, while our permanent stage and live streaming capabilities mean presentations reach both in-room and remote audiences effortlessly. The room comfortably seats 180 theatre-style or 130 for formal dinners, though we've seen up to 200 guests mingling during cocktail receptions.
