Pink coral walls frame the Lounge & Library, where antique books line the shelves alongside vintage cameras and retro radios that our guests love discovering during their events. We've created this space as a retreat within our Olympic Park venue, combining the comfort of a private library with the flexibility modern events demand. The room works brilliantly for different setups - we can arrange it for 45 guests at standing receptions, seat 35 cabaret-style for presentations with drinks, or create an intimate boardroom for 15 around our central tables. Those coral walls catch natural light beautifully during daytime meetings, while evenings see the space transform into something more intimate, with table lamps casting warm pools of light across the vintage furnishings. Our collection of curiosities gives guests natural conversation starters - the old cameras, stacked leather-bound books, and trailing plants create vignettes throughout the room. Plush upholstered chairs in jewel tones sit alongside round wooden tables that we can configure however your event needs. The patterned rugs and vibrant cushions add layers of texture that make the space feel less like a hired room and more like a well-curated private club. We've equipped the Lounge & Library with everything practical events require - our PA system delivers crystal-clear sound for presentations or background music, while air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable even when the room is full. Strong Wi-Fi handles whatever tech demands your event brings, and ground-level access means everyone can join comfortably. Stratford Station sits just minutes away, connecting your guests to St Pancras in 10 minutes and Central London in 15.
