The exposed brick walls and timber beams throughout our Whole Venue create an atmosphere you won't find anywhere else in King's Cross. We regularly transform both floors of this Victorian ice warehouse into party spaces that surprise and delight, with canal history exhibits adding unexpected talking points as your guests explore. Our ground floor works brilliantly for arrival drinks and mingling, where up to 200 guests can move freely between the industrial heritage features and colourful canal displays. The first floor, with its distinctive timber roof, becomes your main party space for seated dinners of 120 or standing celebrations. We find the two-level setup naturally creates different energy zones - perfect when you want cocktails flowing in one area while dinner preparations happen in another. The flexibility here means we can configure the space exactly as you need. Whether you're planning theatre-style seating for 160, cabaret tables for 80, or an intimate boardroom setup for 30, we rearrange our museum exhibits to suit. The original Victorian features - from historic ice wells to weathered wooden beams - provide authentic character that becomes part of your celebration. You bring in your own caterers and bar, using our kitchen facilities to serve exactly what you want. The large windows flood both floors with natural light during daytime parties, while evenings take on a more intimate feel with the brick walls creating warm acoustics. Our modern additions include air conditioning throughout and free Wi-Fi, ensuring comfort without compromising the historic atmosphere. Just a short walk from King's Cross St Pancras International, guests reach us easily by tube, train or bus. The waterside location opens up creative possibilities too - some hosts arrange canal boat arrivals at our private mooring. Full lift access serves both floors, making the entire venue accessible for all your guests.
