The Exhibition Room welcomes up to 130 guests for standing receptions, while theatre-style presentations accommodate 100 comfortably. For intimate dinners, we arrange banquet seating for 72, or configure cabaret rounds for 60 when you need space for both dining and presentations. Warm wooden floors complement the neutral walls, giving you complete freedom with your event styling. Our integrated ceiling projectors and drop-down screens blend seamlessly into the architecture, while the built-in PA system delivers crystal-clear audio throughout the space. The adaptable lighting system responds to your needs, brightening for daytime conferences or dimming to create ambience for evening celebrations. Our team regularly reconfigures the room using the flexible wall system, creating break-out areas for workshops or maintaining one flowing space for cocktail parties. U-shaped layouts work perfectly for training sessions with 45 participants, while boardroom setups accommodate 50 for executive meetings. The classroom arrangement seats 50 with writing space for each attendee. Gather & Gather, our in-house caterers, prepare everything fresh in our kitchens. They've created menus specifically for this space, from breakfast meetings and working lunches to canapé receptions and three-course dinners. Our wedding licence means couples can exchange vows here too, with dedicated preparation rooms available.
