The original cinema screen may be long gone, but the Cameo Suite retains all the drama you'd expect from our converted picture house. We've kept the room's theatrical proportions while adding everything modern meetings demand, creating a space that handles 200-person conferences as comfortably as 50-person board meetings. Those restored chandeliers you'll notice aren't just decorative, they provide warm, even lighting throughout the suite, compensating for the lack of windows in what was originally designed as a cinema. The neutral walls and classic artwork create a professional backdrop that won't distract from your presentations, while the flexible layout means we can arrange seating however works best for your group. For larger conferences, we typically set up theatre-style seating facing your LCD projector screen. Need breakout discussions? We'll arrange round tables with white linens. Running a training day? Classroom layout with proper desk space for note-taking. The U-shaped configuration works brilliantly for strategy sessions where everyone needs to see each other. Being self-contained from the main hotel areas gives your meeting complete privacy. Your delegates won't bump into wedding guests or leisure visitors during breaks.
