Our Wilson room works particularly well for teams who need proper focus without the usual office distractions. This 51-square-meter space gets plenty of natural light through its large windows, which keeps everyone alert during those longer strategy sessions. We've set up the room to handle different meeting styles, whether you prefer the U-shape arrangement that gets everyone talking face-to-face, a traditional boardroom setup for 20, classroom style for training sessions, or theatre configuration when you need to present to 40 colleagues. The furniture is comfortable enough for all-day workshops, with ergonomic chairs that won't leave your team fidgeting by lunchtime. Everything tech-wise is built in and ready to go. The WiFi handles multiple devices without slowing down, and the wireless projection means you can share presentations from anywhere in the room without hunting for cables. The AV support system is straightforward, so you won't waste the first fifteen minutes trying to connect your laptop. Being just off our casual lounge area, your team can stretch their legs between sessions or continue conversations over coffee. Our bean-to-cup machines brew proper Fairtrade coffee throughout the day, and tea is always available when you need it. The five-minute walk from Hatton Cross station means colleagues coming from central London can reach us in about 45 minutes on the Piccadilly line. For those flying in, we're one or two stops from all Heathrow terminals. The soundproofing really does work, so aircraft noise won't interrupt your discussions. Previous groups have found the booking process straightforward and appreciated how our staff help everything run smoothly. Great experience all round. Simple booking and payment process. Room was exactly as described and pictured. Facilities were as described. Fitted our requirements perfectly. Couldn't be happier with my first Zipcube booking and the Hilton service.
