The Clarendon Room greets you with soaring ceilings and generous windows that draw Mayfair's natural light across polished wooden floors. This is one of our most distinctive meeting spaces, where hand-painted wallpaper creates an artistic backdrop for your discussions and the private entrance from Dover Street means your group can come and go with complete discretion. We've arranged the room to accommodate different meeting styles comfortably. In boardroom configuration, 32 colleagues can gather around the long table, each place set with fresh notepads and water. For larger presentations, we can welcome up to 70 in theatre style, while celebratory dinners work beautifully here with space for 72 guests. The room transforms effortlessly for standing receptions too, where 120 people can network comfortably beneath the artwork that lines our walls. Small details matter during long meeting days. Fresh flowers add colour to the table settings, the high windows keep the space bright without glare on presentation screens, and the wooden floors absorb sound, creating excellent acoustics for discussion. When you need a break, Green Park sits just steps away for a quick walk, or your group might prefer coffee in one of our lounges.
