The Kaijo Events Space transforms from intimate boardroom to grand reception hall at the touch of a button, or rather, the slide of a wall. This ground-floor venue floods with natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows that frame Shoreditch's ever-changing street scene, creating an energising backdrop for your meetings and conferences. We've designed this 178-square-metre space to work exactly how you need it. The moveable walls divide the room into up to six separate areas, so you can run breakout sessions, create quiet zones for focused work, or open everything up for those larger presentations. The neutral palette and contemporary furnishings keep the focus on your content, while splashes of colour from our fresh floral arrangements add just enough warmth to keep things from feeling too corporate. For board meetings, we configure the space for 30 participants in an intimate setting. Need to present to a larger audience? The banquet layout seats the same number when you're combining business with dining, and for networking events or product launches, we can host up to 180 guests for standing receptions.
