The Meeting Room at our venue works brilliantly for teams who need flexibility in how they gather. We've configured this space to seat 18 around the boardroom table when you need everyone eye-to-eye for strategic discussions, or we can rearrange it classroom-style for 24 people when training's on the agenda. Theatre setup pushes capacity to 30, while U-shaped arrangements fit 16 comfortably for workshops where interaction matters. Natural light pours through the large windows throughout the day, keeping energy levels up during those marathon planning sessions. We've mounted a projection screen that's actually visible from every seat, paired with a flip chart for when you need to sketch out ideas quickly. The neutral walls and modern furniture create a calm backdrop that won't distract from your presentations. Our location, just around the corner from Stratford station, means your attendees can reach us easily from anywhere in London. The Olympic transformation has filled the area with lunch spots and coffee shops, giving you plenty of options for continuing conversations after the formal meeting ends.
