The Westminster Room sits on the 8th floor of our building, where morning light pours through south and east-facing windows. From here, your delegates can glimpse Big Ben's clock tower and the Gothic spires of Westminster Abbey while they work, a view that never fails to spark conversation during coffee breaks. We've designed this space to adapt to your meeting format. Set it theatre-style and we can seat 80 delegates comfortably, each with clear sightlines to your presenter. For interactive workshops, our cabaret layout accommodates 56 people around tables, giving everyone room to spread out materials and collaborate. Boardroom configuration works perfectly for 40 participants when you need that traditional meeting atmosphere, while standing receptions can host up to 120 guests. Our AV setup includes everything you'd expect: HD video conferencing for remote participants, LCD screens positioned for optimal viewing, and a PA system with multiple microphones. The dedicated lectern gives speakers a professional platform, and our complimentary Wi-Fi handles whatever bandwidth your team requires. Air conditioning keeps the room comfortable year-round, particularly important when you have full attendance on warm summer days. The minimalist design creates a calm backdrop for focused work. Clean lines and neutral tones mean your company branding stands out without competition, whether on presentation slides or event signage. Natural light eliminates that closed-in feeling common in many meeting rooms, though blinds provide control when needed for presentations. When you're ready for refreshments, the adjacent St. John's room serves as your catering space. Our kitchen team prepares everything from working lunches to networking canapés on-site, accommodating dietary requirements from halal and kosher to vegan preferences.
