The Edward Suite sits on the ground floor of our venue, where warm tones and patterned carpets create a welcoming environment for your next meeting. We've designed this space to work equally well for boardroom discussions with 28 participants or theatre-style presentations for up to 60 delegates, with natural light streaming through large windows throughout the day. When you book with us, you'll have access to our video conferencing facilities and high-quality PA system, making hybrid meetings straightforward. The LCD projector and flipchart come as standard, along with free WiFi throughout. For presentations requiring focus, we can deploy the blackout blinds, while mood lighting helps set the right tone for different parts of your day. Our venue staff will arrange the room according to your needs, whether that's classroom style for 24 people, U-shaped for 26, or cabaret style for 35 guests. The Edward Suite also works beautifully for banquet seating up to 40 or standing receptions for 50. As part of the larger Kings Suite, we can open up additional space when your numbers grow. The dedicated breakout area gives your attendees somewhere to network over coffee, while our kitchen team prepares everything from working lunches to formal banquets. Your event manager will coordinate these details, ensuring refreshments arrive precisely when scheduled.
