Room Five sits on Level 2 of our historic building, where the original architectural features meet contemporary functionality in perfect balance. We've carefully designed this space to adapt to whatever format works best for your meeting, from intimate boardroom discussions for 16 to theatre-style presentations accommodating up to to 40 delegates. The natural light streaming through the windows keeps energy levels high throughout the day, while our air-conditioning ensures comfort in any season. We've installed a high-quality projector and screen for your presentations, positioned so everyone gets a clear view regardless of the room layout. The feature whiteboard has become a favourite with groups who like to map out ideas as they develop, and we keep plenty of markers on hand. Our flexible furniture arrangement means we can transform the space between sessions if needed. For workshops requiring group interaction, we often set up the U-shaped configuration for 18 participants, which creates excellent sightlines and encourages discussion. The classroom layout works brilliantly for training sessions, giving 18 attendees proper desk space for laptops and materials. When you need more formal presentation setups, the theatre configuration maximises capacity while maintaining comfort.
