The New York room works perfectly when you need a focused space for those crucial conversations with just a few key people. We've designed this room around a round table that seats four comfortably, creating an environment where everyone feels equally engaged in the discussion. What catches most people's eye first is the urban-inspired wallpaper that gives the room its character, a subtle nod to the city it's named after. We find the round table format works particularly well for strategy sessions and client meetings where you want everyone contributing equally. The black chairs provide proper support during longer discussions, and we've kept the colour scheme neutral to help maintain focus. For presentations and collaborative work, we've mounted a TV on the wall and provided both a whiteboard and flipchart. These tools come in handy whether you're sketching out ideas, running through figures, or sharing documents from your laptop. The room has Wi-Fi throughout, and we've included markers and other essentials so you don't need to worry about bringing your own. Our venue sits in Arlington Square business park, where the landscaped grounds and lake provide a refreshing backdrop between meetings. Many of our regular users appreciate being able to step outside for some fresh air or continue discussions over coffee in our on-site café. The business lounge offers additional workspace if you arrive early or need to catch up on emails after your meeting. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with Bracknell station just five minutes away on foot. The regular trains to London Waterloo make it convenient for colleagues travelling from the capital, while drivers appreciate easy access to the M4, M3 and M25.
