The 3 Foyle Rooms stretch across the upper floor of our venue, where the North Sea becomes part of your meeting backdrop. We've watched countless groups pause mid-presentation, captivated by cargo ships gliding past or storm clouds gathering over the water. The space holds 200 people standing, though most meetings work best with 40 around our boardroom table or 120 in theatre rows facing the built-in projection screens. What makes these rooms particularly useful is how they divide. Pull the soundproof partitions across and you've got three separate spaces, each with its own AV controls and climate settings. We often see companies run training sessions in one section while their colleagues brainstorm in another, then open everything up for lunch together. The electric blinds respond instantly when you need to darken the room for presentations, though most groups prefer keeping the sea view visible. Our private terrace runs the full length of the rooms, accessed through glass doors that slide completely open in good weather. Coffee breaks naturally spill outside, where conversations continue against the sound of waves below. Our catering team sources ingredients from Kent farms and fishing boats, serving everything from working lunches to formal dinners. The gallery downstairs provides natural networking opportunities, with current exhibitions offering talking points during breaks.
