About FACTORY 15
The raw concrete walls and exposed steel beams at FACTORY 15 tell you immediately this isn't your typical events space. We've transformed this 4,500 square foot former industrial building on Linton Road in Barking into something special - a bar and events venue where East London's creative energy comes alive. Our main space, The Factory Floor, spans 3,250 square feet and holds up to 300 people standing or 150 seated. The Martin Audio sound system fills every corner perfectly, whether we're hosting live bands, DJ nights, or corporate presentations. We've also got The Project Room - a more intimate 642 square foot space that works brilliantly for workshops or smaller gatherings of 40-60 people. When the weather cooperates, The Yard opens up another 300 square feet for outdoor events and markets. The industrial architecture creates an incredible backdrop for everything from art exhibitions to product launches. We've kept the original features but added contemporary touches - think retro furniture against raw concrete, modern lighting systems alongside exposed pipework. Our Epson EB-805F projector and modular stage mean we can completely transform the space depending on what you need. During the day, our resident business community uses the space for relaxed co-working. Come evening, we shift gears - the bar opens, cocktails start flowing, and the venue takes on a completely different energy. We host game nights, workshops, live music performances, and collaborate with some of East London's best promoters. While we don't handle catering ourselves, you're welcome to bring in external caterers for your event. We've got high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, full disabled access, and a secure entry system. Our team works with everyone from location scouts to corporate event planners, helping create experiences that make the most of this unique East London space.
