Four meeting rooms occupy the ground floor of Lucknam Park Hotel & Spa, each designed to complement the property's 1720 Palladian architecture while providing everything modern business gatherings require. We've carefully preserved the original Georgian features—the tall windows that flood rooms with natural light, the period fireplaces, and the intricate ceiling moldings—while incorporating contemporary technology for presentations and video conferencing. Our largest space accommodates corporate groups comfortably, though we find the intimate boardroom settings work particularly well for strategy sessions and executive meetings. The rooms open directly onto terraces overlooking our 500-acre parkland, and we often see delegates stepping outside during breaks to clear their heads among the ancient trees and manicured gardens. Being positioned between Bath and Chippenham on the edge of the Cotswolds means easy access while feeling completely removed from urban distractions. Beyond the meeting facilities, we offer experiences that transform standard corporate events. Teams regularly use our outdoor spaces for activities across the estate grounds. The equestrian center hosts leadership workshops with our horses, while our cookery school becomes a venue for team-building sessions where colleagues work together creating dishes under professional guidance. Our spa facilities—including the 20-meter indoor pool, hydrotherapy pools, five thermal cabins, and eight treatment rooms—provide opportunities for relaxation between intensive work sessions. For multi-day events, our 42 rooms and suites, plus nine cottages scattered throughout the grounds, accommodate delegates who prefer to stay on-site. Dining moves between the Michelin-starred Restaurant Hywel Jones for formal dinners and the Walled Garden Restaurant for working lunches featuring seasonal ingredients. The tennis courts and children's play area mean we can host events where attendees bring families, turning business trips into mini-retreats.
