Four generations of our family have welcomed guests to the Menlo Park Hotel & Conference Centre, and we've learned a thing or two about hosting successful meetings and conferences along the way. Our four purpose-built meeting rooms handle everything from board meetings for two people to major conferences for 350 delegates. The Emmets Suite – which combines our Walter Macken and Blake Suites – is where we host our largest gatherings, while the Francis Room works beautifully for more intimate workshops and training sessions. Each room is fully air-conditioned with built-in audio-visual equipment, so you won't need to worry about tech hiccups during presentations. We know the small details matter when you're organizing an event. That's why we offer complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the building, ample free parking for all your delegates, and our ground floor is completely wheelchair accessible. Our dedicated events manager coordinates everything from room layouts to coffee breaks, working directly with you to ensure your specific requirements are met. Between sessions, delegates often gather in P. Francis & Son Bar and Bistro, where locals and hotel guests create a relaxed atmosphere perfect for networking. Our kitchen team prepares all meals using local produce, whether it's working lunches or formal dinners. For those staying overnight, we have 81 guest rooms including our newly renovated air-conditioned Signature king rooms and suites, each with modern amenities and flat-screen TVs. From corporate conferences and product launches to training seminars and board meetings, we've hosted them all.
