About Pachamama Bar & Kitchen
The scent of wood smoke from our Josper oven greets you as you step into Pachamama Bar & Kitchen, where we've created something special on Thayer Street in Marylebone. Our dining room wraps guests in warmth with deep red velvet lampshades casting a gentle glow across mismatched vintage mirrors that line the walls—each one tells its own story. We built our kitchen around the marriage of Peruvian cooking traditions and British ingredients. Our chefs work with small suppliers across the UK, bringing in wild Cornish sea bass for our ceviches and locally-sourced lamb that we transform into our crispy lamb belly with miso and green aji sauce. Everything comes from either our Josper oven or the Robata grill, giving dishes that distinctive char and smokiness. Our menu encourages sharing—we serve both small and large plates designed to pass around the table. The wild Cornish sea bass ceviche remains a favorite, bright with citrus and heat, while heartier dishes from the grill satisfy those looking for something more substantial. Each month, we infuse new Piscos in-house, incorporating British herbs and seasonal berries into our cocktail program. We're particularly proud of supporting British distilleries and featuring London-brewed beers alongside our Pisco selection. For more intimate gatherings, our private dining space welcomes groups of twelve to fourteen. We've hosted everything from milestone birthdays to business dinners in this cozy room, where the atmosphere feels like an extension of someone's home rather than a formal venue. Please note that our Marylebone location closed on December 31, 2024. We've relocated all operations to Pachamama East in Shoreditch, where we continue serving the same Peruvian-inspired cuisine in a new setting.
