We took our name from the famous leaning tower at Caerphilly Castle, which tilts at exactly ten degrees, and our designers incorporated this angle throughout the building's design elements. Step inside and you'll find yourself in the Copper Lounge & Cocktail Bar, where our handmade bar is crafted entirely from copper two pence pieces - a talking point that never fails to spark conversation. We serve small plates here alongside fine wines and handcrafted cocktails, and if you're after something more intimate, our private booths can be reserved for your group. The Solaris Restaurant sits under dramatic vaulted ceilings that create an airy, spacious feel. We named it after the Latin word for the brightest room, traditionally the great hall in castles. Our kitchen team works with fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create modern British dishes that change with the seasons. Whether you're joining us for afternoon tea, our popular bottomless brunch, or dinner, we cater to all dietary requirements including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan and vegetarian options. Our VIP Suite and Courtyard transform depending on your needs. During the day, we host business meetings and corporate events here. Come evening, these spaces become the setting for birthday celebrations and wedding receptions.
