The Shape Room works beautifully for corporate celebrations that need both polish and personality. With your own private entrance on Carlton House Terrace, guests bypass the main building completely, arriving straight into your dedicated registration area. The adjoining green room gives speakers somewhere to gather their thoughts, while the private cloakroom means no queuing with other events. When you need extra space for pre-dinner drinks or exhibition stands, we open up the connecting doors to the Wohl Gallery next door. The room handles up to 150 for standing receptions, though we find 100 seated for dinner creates the perfect atmosphere. Our events team configures the space exactly as you need it, whether that's theatre-style rows for presentations, round tables for gala dinners, or cabaret layout when you want conversation flowing between courses. The electronic blackout blinds mean your AV looks crisp even on bright afternoons, while the built-in PA system and video conferencing kit saves bringing in external suppliers. Our kitchen serves everything from canapé receptions to seated dinners, with full bar service running as late as your licence allows. The team knows this room inside out, from where to position the bar for best flow to which corner catches golden hour light for photographs. Getting here couldn't be simpler.
