The Bottom Floor's curved vault ceilings echo with centuries of London's financial history, now reimagined as our most versatile events space. We've preserved the original stonework while adding rich green panelling behind the bar and plush velvet seating that transforms these former gold stores into something altogether more inviting. Round tables nestle between intimate booth seating, while geometric wall sconces cast warm pools of light across the wood-panelled walls. The space adapts brilliantly to your needs, whether you're planning seated dinners for 70 or standing receptions for up to 90 guests. For more formal presentations, we configure theatre-style seating for 40, boardroom layouts for the same number, or U-shaped arrangements for 30 participants. Our bar runs the length of one wall, its green-backed shelving displaying an impressive selection of spirits and wines. The bartenders here craft cocktails that complement our Argentine menu, from pisco sours to malbec-based creations. During parties, this becomes the natural gathering point where guests gravitate between courses or during networking breaks. We've installed everything modern events require: WiFi throughout, air conditioning that keeps the underground space comfortable, a flatscreen TV for presentations, and a PA system with wireless microphones. The acoustics down here are exceptional, contained by the vault structure without becoming overwhelming even when the room fills with conversation. The flexibility extends beyond layout. We can split the space into two distinct areas for smaller groups or open everything up for larger celebrations.
