The kitchen commands attention with its polished black concrete surfaces and movable island, equipped with professional-grade appliances including a double oven and induction hob. We've maintained the authentic character through reclaimed Georgian floorboards and exposed Victorian elements, while ensuring every modern necessity is at hand. Three expansive original windows flood the space with natural light, though blackout blinds give you complete control when your event demands it. Beyond the kitchen, leather sofas and vintage furnishings create an intimate lounge area that works equally well for filming interviews or providing guests with a comfortable retreat during parties. The space accommodates 40 standing guests or seats 12 for more formal dining experiences, with the flexibility to reconfigure for food photography shoots, product launches, or celebration dinners. Our Woolwich location, moments from Dockyard station, provides surprisingly easy access while offering the kind of authentic warehouse atmosphere rarely found closer to central London. We've installed superfast internet throughout, created a dedicated hair and makeup area for production teams, and provide access to our exterior warehouse spaces when you need that raw industrial backdrop. The adjustable slide-mount lighting rig and rooftop access expand your creative possibilities further.
